目的了解劳动教养工作警察的职业枯竭现状。方法使用警察职业枯竭量表对176名劳教工作警察进行问卷调查。结果不同警种(劳教工作警察和公安警察)的职业枯竭有一定差别;性别、受教育程度、年龄、警龄、工作岗位、日均工作时间、工作地区等不同的劳教工作警察在职业枯竭的不同维度存在不同差异。结论劳教工作警察中存在一定程度的职业枯竭;不同地区间的警察职业枯竭水平存在差异;工作在第一线、参加工作时间短、日均工作时间长、高学历青年警察是劳教工作警察中职业枯竭预防和干预的重点对象。
Objective To understand the current situation of job burnout of reeducation police. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 176 police for RTL work using the police career exhaustion scale.
