消费性服务业伴随人的集聚而集聚。制造业发展由于吸引了更多的劳动力聚集于本地,从而间接促进了消费性服务业的集聚,另一方面,制造业集聚又提高了人们的收入水平,压缩了他们从事家务劳动的时间,使消费性服务业从家庭活动中分离出来,进而使服务业在经济发达地区的集聚程度更高。信息化水平对于消费性服务业是一种离散的力量,因为信息化使消费者在网络上完成了虚拟的集聚,替代了他们在实际地理空间上的集聚需求。
Consumption services industry with the accumulation of people gathered. On the other hand, manufacturing agglomeration increases people’s income level and reduces the time they spend on housework, making the labor market more attractive. Consumer services are separated from family activities, leading to a higher degree of agglomeration of service industries in economically developed areas. The level of information is a discrete force for the consumer service industry, because the information technology enables consumers to complete the virtual gathering on the network, replacing their need of agglomeration in the actual geospatial space.
