我厂锌精馏车间装有10台EWC—03型长图电子电位差计,用于检测铅塔和镉塔的各点温度。为保证生产出特级锌,塔内温度要求控制在1200℃±5℃范围内。但原仪表刻度为0~1600℃(LB),按0.5级精度计算,误差达±8℃,即仪表本身允许误差大大超过生产工艺的要求。我们将国产EWC-02电位差计进行了整机改装,使仪表误差降低到±2.5℃。经运行半年左右,证明改装后的仪表灵敏度高,反应迅速,整机稳定可靠,抗干扰性能强,完全满足了工艺要求。
