目的了解硫酰氟与环氧乙烷、右旋苯氰菊酯复方熏蒸剂替代溴甲烷熏蒸的杀菌杀虫效果。方法杀菌参考《消毒技术规范》2002版2.1.3.4,做实验室试验和模拟现场试验。杀虫参考《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验方法》GB13917.3-1992,做室内药效试验和模拟现场试验。结果 硫酰氟与环氧乙烷、右旋苯氰菊酯复方熏蒸剂按100 g/m3加入1 m3气雾柜,作用9 h,对大肠杆菌和金黄色等等球菌的杀灭率均为100%。该熏蒸剂按100 g/m3加入20 m3气雾室内作用24 h,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率也均为100%。该熏蒸剂按55 g/m3加入玻璃方箱,作用30 min对致倦库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、黑皮蠹等害虫的24 h死亡率为100%。该熏蒸剂按55 g/m3加入28 m3模拟现场,作用30 min对致倦库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、黑皮蠹等害虫的24 h死亡率为100%。结论硫酰氟与环氧乙烷、右旋苯氰菊酯复方熏蒸剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和致倦库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、黑皮蠹等有较好杀菌杀虫效果。该熏蒸剂可以替代溴甲烷熏蒸剂对集装箱等物品进行熏蒸,能取得良好的杀菌杀虫效果。
Objective To understand the bactericidal and insecticidal effects of sulfuryl fluoride, ethylene oxide and cyhalothrin as an alternative to methyl bromide fumigation. Method of sterilization reference “Disinfection Technical Specification” 2002 version 2.1.3.4, to do the laboratory test and simulation field test. Pesticide reference “Pesticide registration with health insecticides indoor efficacy test method” GB13917.3-1992, to do indoor efficacy test and simulation field test. Results Sulfuryl fluoride, ethylene oxide and cyhalothrin were added to 1 m3 aerosol cabinet at 100 g / m3 for 9 h. The killing rates against E. coli and golden yellow bacteria were 100%. The fumigant was added into 20 m3 aerosol indoor for 24 h at 100 g / m3, and the killing rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was also 100%. The fumigant was added into the glass box at 55 g / m3 for 30 min, and the 24 h mortality rate was 100% for Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, Musca domestica, Blattella germanica and Bombyx mori. The fumigant was added to a 28 m3 simulated field at 55 g / m3 for 30 min. The 24 h mortality rate was 100% for Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, housefly, German cockroach, black beetle and other pests. Conclusion Sulfuryl fluoride and oxirane, d-cypermethrin compound fumigant Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Culex quinquefasciatus, housefly, German cockroach, black beetle and other better bactericidal insecticide effect. The fumigant can replace methyl bromide fumigant fumigation containers and other items, can achieve good bactericidal insecticidal effect.
