以M_2幼苗叶绿素突变为指标,研究栽培大麦叶绿素突变频率的剂量关系,分析不同栽 培类型间及不同辐射敏感类型间的差异。结果表明,叶绿素突变频率的剂量关系可以用线性回归方程Y=A+BX拟合。协方差分析表明,不同类型栽培大麦叶绿素突变频率剂量关系无明显差异,而不同辐射敏感类型间存在显著差异,敏感型和中间型诱发最高叶绿素突变的剂量明显低于其他类型。
Taking M 2 seedling chlorophyll a mutation as an index, we studied the dose relationship of chlorophyll mutation frequency of barley and analyzed the differences among different cultivation types and different radiation sensitive types. The results showed that the dose relationship of chlorophyll mutation frequency can be fitted by linear regression equation Y = A + BX. The analysis of covariance showed that there was no significant difference in the frequency of chlorophyll mutation among different types of cultivated barley, but there were significant differences among different radiation sensitive types. The doses of sensitive and intermediate induced highest chlorophyll mutation were significantly lower than those of other types.
