以碳纳米管、碳化硅颗粒为原料制备环氧树脂复合吸波材料,并对其吸波性能进行测试,研究了碳纳米管、碳化硅颗粒含量与复合材料吸波性能的关系。结果表明碳纳米管、碳化硅颗粒的含量对复合材料的吸波性能有较大影响。随碳纳米管含量的增加,碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料的吸波性能先提高后降低,碳纳米管含量存在最佳值(12%,质量分数)。将碳化硅颗粒填充到碳纳米管/环氧树脂复合材料中可提高其吸波性能,碳化硅颗粒的填充量存在最佳值(6%,质量分数)。
The carbon nanotubes and silicon carbide particles were used as raw materials to prepare epoxy composite absorbing materials. The microwave absorbing properties were tested. The relationship between the content of carbon nanotubes and silicon carbide particles and the absorbing properties of the composites was studied. The results show that the content of carbon nanotubes and silicon carbide particles have a greater impact on the microwave absorbing properties of the composites. With the increase of the content of carbon nanotubes, the microwave absorbing properties of carbon nanotubes / epoxy composites first increase and then decrease, and the content of carbon nanotubes has the best value (12%, mass fraction). Silicon carbide particles filled carbon nanotubes / epoxy composites can improve its microwave absorbing properties, the optimum amount of silicon carbide particles (6%, mass fraction).
