目的探讨亚急性微波辐射对雄性大鼠精子的影响。方法将90只成年清洁级雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和10、30 mW/cm2微波辐射组,每组30只。采用微波模拟源进行全身均匀辐射,15 min/次,5次/周,连续2周。于末次辐射后6 h和1、3、7、14、28 d检测附睾精子活率参数[包括前向运动(A+B级)、非前向运动(C级)和不动(D级)精子百分比],精子活力参数[包括运动的曲线速度(curvilinear velocity,VCL)、直线速度(straight-line velocity,VSL)、平均速度(average path velocity,VAP)和鞭打频率(beat/cross frequency,BCF),运动方式参数[包括线性指数(linearity,LIN)、直线指数(straightness,STR)、振动指数(wobble,WOB)、头部侧向运动平均振幅(amplitude of lateral head displacement,ALH)]。结果与对照组比较,各剂量微波辐射后大鼠AB级精子百分比明显下降,D和C级精子百分比明显增加,活力参数VCL、VSL、VAP和BCF明显下降,运动方式参数ALH明显降低,LIN、STR和WOB无明显变化,精子畸形率明显增加。结论亚急性微波辐射可引起大鼠精子活动力下降和精子畸形率增加,从而影响其生育力。
Objective To investigate the effect of subacute microwave irradiation on sperm in male rats. Methods 90 adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and 10, 30 mW / cm2 microwave radiation group, 30 rats in each group. The microwave radiation source was used to irradiate the whole body for 15 min, 5 times a week for 2 weeks. The activity parameters VCL, VSL, VAP and BCF were significantly decreased, the exercise parameters ALH, STR and WOB no significant change, sperm deformity increased significantly. Conclusion Subacute microwave radiation can cause decreased sperm motility and increased sperm deformity in rats, which may affect fertility.
