目的探讨6种不同教学方法在新疆少数民族医学生儿科教学中的教学效果。方法选取我校2010级1班临床专业学生79名,观察组39名,对照组40名,对照组给予传统的教学方法以及多媒体教学、技能训练实验室化进行教学。观察组在传统教学方法的基础上加用6种教学方法进行教学。对两组学生的儿科考试成绩及学生对教学模式的满意度及问卷进行观察。结果观察组学生的儿科考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.001);对不同教学模式满意度评价,观察组总体满意度好于对照组(P=0.037);问卷调查显示多种教学方法的有机结合提高了学生的临床思维能力、独立分析问题、解决问题的能力及临床实践技能。结论在新疆少数民族医学生的儿科教学中,多种教学方法的有机结合,可调动学生的思维能力,挖掘学生潜能,启迪智慧,提高儿科的教学质量。
Objective To explore the teaching effects of six different teaching methods in pediatric teaching of ethnic minority students in Xinjiang. Methods A total of 79 clinical students, including 39 students in grade 1 class and 40 in control group, were enrolled in the 2010 grade 1 class of our school. The control group was given traditional teaching methods as well as multimedia teaching and skills training laboratory. Observation group in the traditional teaching methods based on the use of six kinds of teaching methods for teaching. The results of pediatric examinations and students’ satisfaction with the teaching mode and questionnaires were observed. Results The scores of pediatric examination in observation group were better than those in control group (P <0.001). Satisfaction evaluation of different teaching modes was better in observation group than in control group (P = 0.037). Questionnaire showed that many teaching methods were organic The combination improves students’ ability to think critically, analyze problems independently, solve problems and practice clinical skills. Conclusion The pedagogy of minority medical students in Xinjiang can improve the students’ thinking ability, explore the potential of students, enlighten their wisdom and improve the teaching quality of pediatrics through the organic combination of various teaching methods.
