To improve the economic efficiency of an enterprise, four factors are indispensable; namely, price, output, cost, and profit. The four are closely linked. The price plays a regulatory role in the production and circulation of commodities, and price fluctuations will directly affect the market demand. High prices do not necessarily result in high profits; low prices do not necessarily mean low profits. This is because prices are high and the market demand is not necessarily high.
