优质文明服务是农信社立足之本,本文从基层柜员的角度出发,浅谈如何加强优质文明服务,主要从五方面来陈述,第一方面是通过加强知识储备,第二方面是通过提高业务技能,第三方面是保持微笑服务,第四方面是通过树立主动服务的意识,第五方面是通过加强礼仪培训。
Quality civilized service is the foundation of RCCs. From the perspective of grassroots tellers, this paper discusses how to strengthen the service of high-quality civilizations mainly from five aspects: the first is through strengthening the knowledge reserve and the second is through improving business Skills, the third is to maintain smiling service, the fourth is through the establishment of active service awareness, the fifth is through the strengthening of etiquette training.
