我们发现有几台S195柴油机的油泵柱塞,只使用了200小时左右,就严重磨损,不能继续使用。经检查发现,原来是由于机手不熟悉滤清器的结构原理,拆卸清洗后,安装错误,使滤清器不起作用,造成柱塞副的早期磨损: 1.碗形圈位置安装不正。使毛毡圈和碗形圈之间形成间隙,未经过滤的柴油从此间隙流向喷油泵。正确的方法是,先把滤芯朝上放好碗形圈,然后罩壳倒过来向下装(如图1)。 2.滤芯下面的小橡胶圈位置安装不当,把小橡胶
We found that there are several S195 diesel engine pump plunger, used only about 200 hours, severe wear and tear, can not continue to use.
