本文就初中英语教学中学困生的英语学习内在动力潜能激活,阐述运用尊重信任式的人文化教学思维模式对增强其学习自信心的推动作用。关注学困生的英语认知学习需要和情感心理需要,分析学困原因,尝试运用情境诱导、互助合作、激励表扬等方式来消除他们的自卑畏难学习心理,激活学习内在动力。尊重学习的差异发展,宽容对待学困生,帮助他们形成积极的学习情感是满足全体学生学习发展需要的前提。
In this paper, the intrinsic motivation potential of English learning in junior high school English teaching students is activated, and the promoting role of using the humanistic teaching mode of thinking of respecting trust to enhance their learning self-confidence is illustrated. Pay attention to the English cognitive learning needs and emotional needs of poor students, analyze the reasons for the difficulties, try to use situational guidance, mutual help and cooperation, encourage recognition and other ways to eliminate their self-esteem to learn psychology, to activate learning intrinsic motivation. Respecting the development of differences in learning, tolerating students with learning difficulties and helping them form a positive learning emotion are the preconditions for satisfying the needs of all students in their learning and development.
