我们新乡输油公司管理的中洛输油管线,由于近年来客观条件的变化,成本上升较快,经济效益严重滑坡。在严峻事实面前,公司党委充分发挥思想政治工作优势,积极主动地以转变职工观念为突破口,搞好输油生产和多元开发,取得明显经济效益。 强化职工市场观念,首先必须了解职工现实观念。公司党委组织力量,采取了下派调研组、召开不同层次人员座谈会、进行问卷调查等方式,对职工市场观念进行了一次全面摸底调查。据了解,尽管多数职工形成了公司必须走“一业为主,多元开发”新路子的认识,但仍有部分职工存在着种种旧的思想观
