大劣按蚊是我国及东南亚地区的重要传疟媒介,建立大劣按蚊的实验室品系,实为疟疾实验研究中急需解决的问题之一。我们在实验条件下,养虫室室内温度为25—28℃,相对湿度80%左右。将原来以人工交配传代饲养的大劣按蚊,养殖于一米高的蚊笼(50×50×100厘米),在蚊笼内模拟良好的生态环境,成虫喂以Ⅱ号饲料和长时间的兰光照射,使大劣按蚊能在实验室连续传代,第14代的自然交配率到达68%,繁殖的后代,已可供疟疾实验研究之用。
Anopheles sinensis is an important malaria vector in China and Southeast Asia. The establishment of an anopheles sinensis laboratory strain is indeed one of the most urgent problems to be solved in malaria research. Under the experimental conditions, the indoor temperature of the rearing room is 25-28 ℃ and the relative humidity is about 80%.
