目的观察小儿危重患儿临床护理使用危重护理评分的干预指导效果。方法 90例危重患儿,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组使用常规危重护理,观察组使用危重护理评分干预,2周后对两组患儿并发症情况和满意度进行比较。结果护理后,两组总并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症在危重护理评分中的分布情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿护理满意度为97.78%,对照组患儿护理满意度为82.22%;观察组患儿护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论危重患儿临床护理使用危重护理评分干预措施能够为护理提供参考,提升护理效果。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of critical care scores in clinical nursing of pediatric critical children. Methods 90 cases of critically ill children were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. In the control group, routine critical care was used. In the observation group, the critical care score was used to intervene. Two weeks later, complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the incidence of total complication in the two groups was significantly different (P <0.05). The distribution of complications in the observation group was significantly different in the critical care score (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.78% and that of the control group was 82.22%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The critical care score interventions in clinical nursing of critically ill children can provide reference for nursing and improve the nursing effect.
