目的 :分析比较SARS病毒与冠状病毒科中病毒基因和蛋白的同源性。方法 :利用互联网、分子生物学软件对SARS病毒与冠状病毒科中病毒基因和蛋白同源性分析 ,构建蛋白进化树。结果 :SARS病毒在某些区域基因序列与冠状病毒存在相当大的差异 ,具有自身比较保守的基因组序列结构。SARS病毒的三个结构蛋白 (S、M和N)中与同科其他病毒存在很高的同源性 ;不同地域SARS病毒的基因序列存在差异。结论 :SARS病毒不是其他冠状病毒的变异体 ,而是一种与冠状病毒类似 ,可能早已经独立存在 ,此前未被人类所认识的新病毒
Objective: To analyze and compare the homology of the virus genes and proteins between SARS and Coronaviridae. Methods: The Internet and molecular biology software were used to analyze the homology between the virus and coronavirus gene and protein in SARS virus and coronavirus family. The phylogenetic tree was constructed. Results: SARS virus in some regions of the gene sequence and coronavirus considerable differences, with its own more conserved genomic sequence structure. The three structural proteins (S, M and N) of SARS virus have high homology with other viruses in the same family. The genetic sequences of SARS virus in different regions are different. CONCLUSIONS: The SARS virus is not a variant of other coronaviruses, but a new virus similar to that of coronavirus that may have existed independently and previously not recognized by humans
