目的:建立女金丸(蜜丸、水蜜丸)中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:利用HPLC测定女金丸中橙皮苷的含量。采用岛津Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(6.0 mm×150 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(12∶13∶75)为流动相,检测波长284nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.02～4.9μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),大蜜丸和水蜜丸的平均回收率分别为102.0%(RSD 1.3%,n=9)和96.1%(RSD 1.3%,n=9)。结论:该方法简便,准确,重复性好,适用于女金丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hesperidin in Nu-Jin Wan (Mi Wan, Shu Mi Wan). Method: The content of hesperidin in Nujin pill was determined by HPLC. Shimadzu Shim-pack VP-ODS column (6.0 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) and methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (12:13:75) were used as the mobile phase at the detection wavelength of 284 nm. The results showed that the average recoveries of hesperidin at 0.02 ~ 4.9μg (r = 0.999 9) were 102.0% (RSD 1.3%, n = 9) and 96.1% (RSD 1.3% n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of Nu Jin pill.
