目的观察治疗浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度烧伤创面、浅Ⅲ度残余烧伤创面抗感染和促进创面愈合瘢痕治疗的作用。方法治疗组清创后应用锌油膜剂创面的表面,对照组应用1%磺胺嘧啶银霜覆盖创面,共治疗267例烧伤患者(即443个创面),包括浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度烧伤创面、浅Ⅲ度创面、残余小创面并观察创面愈合时间、创面表面细菌培养用药前与用药中的情况以及瘢痕增生情况,用药后创面疼痛情况。结果浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗组(18.00±2.73)天愈合,对照组(21.14±3.63)天愈合,对照组用药前细菌培养阳性率为39%,治疗中降至23.80%;两组间比较具有显著性差异(χ2=9.757,P<0.05);随访197例患者,瘢痕增生率组间相比(χ2=12.965~71.609P<0.001~0.01)患者未出现疼痛、过敏反应和其它不良反应。结论治疗烧伤创面可促进上皮化、加速创面愈合、有效地防治创面感染,刺激性小、疼痛轻微,该药应用简便。适用于轻、中度、浅度烧伤治疗。
Objective To observe the effects of treatment of superficial second degree, deep second degree burn wounds and shallow third degree burn wounds on wound healing and wound healing. Methods The surface of the wound treated with zinc oil film was applied to the wounds in the treatment group. The control group was treated with 1% sulfadiazine silver cream to treat 267 burns (443 wounds), including superficial Ⅱ and deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds. Results The wound healing in superficial second-degree burn wounds (18.00 ± 2.73) was healed, and in control group (21.14 ± 3.63), the positive rate of bacterial culture in control group was 39% before treatment and decreased to 23.80% in treatment group. There was no significant difference (χ2 = 9.757, P <0.05). No pain, allergic reaction and other adverse reactions occurred in 197 patients with scar hyperplasia (χ2 = 12.965 ~ 71.609 P <0.001 ~ 0.01) Conclusion The treatment of burn wounds can promote epithelialization, accelerate wound healing, effectively prevent wound infection, irritation is small, mild pain, the drug is simple and convenient. For light, moderate, light burns treatment.
