改革开放以来,社会和经济都得到了一个质的飞跃。尤其是生产力,更是提升了好几个水平。在新时代新环境下,同时结合当下电力市场的供需情况,新电改便应势而生。总体来说,新电改的核心方案主要是围绕“四放开、一独立、一加强”[1]的工作方向来展开。我国目前的供电模式是输电和配售电集中一体的模式,在新电改的“四放开、一独立、一加强”工作中,主要立足于输配分离,输配以外的经营性电价放开、售电的业务、配电增量的业务、发供电的计划的放开等方案,实行管住中间,放开两头的措施。新电改的实行,使电力行业受到了不小的影响。本文结合新电改下电力企业的营销现状,分析一下新电改对电网及其现有营销模式的影响。
