Processed meat products will not only lead to body fat, but also increase the risk of cancer. A new study published in the United States of “Clinical Cancer Research” published in Sweden found that eating two slices of bacon or a sausage daily will increase the risk of pancreatic cancer. In the new study, researchers at Karolinska Institute found that daily consumption of 1.8 ounces of processed meat (about 51 g) increases the risk of fatal pancreatic cancer by 19%. After a thorough analysis, the researchers concluded that eating too much processed meat, grilled meat and smoked meat increased the body’s toxins.
