目的了解和掌握长春市不同级别口腔医疗机构的数量、服务内容、人力资源的状况。方法于2012年10月采取问卷调查方式对长春市现有的9个行政区内的口腔卫生机构及人力资源配置情况进行调查,利用EpiData3.02软件建立数据库,采用SPSS12.0软件包进行资料的统计分析。结果长春市共有口腔卫生机构388所,民营个体口腔诊所占大多数,为83.0%;口腔医生1686人。有69.8%的机构和76.4%的口腔医生服务于市中心5区,其所占比例与其他县区比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高职称、高学历口腔医生主要分布在市中心5区,医护的比例为1.8∶1。结论应加强长春市口腔卫生服务及人力资源配置,合理布局口腔医疗市场,加强从业医护人员管理和培训。
Objective To understand and master the quantity, service content and human resources of different levels of dental institutions in Changchun. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in October 2012 to investigate the existing oral hygiene institutions and human resource allocation in nine administrative districts in Changchun City. EpiData3.02 software was used to establish the database and SPSS12.0 software package was used to collect statistics analysis. Results Changchun City, a total of 388 oral health institutions, private individual clinics accounted for the majority, was 83.0%; stomatologists 1686 people. 69.8% of the institutions and 76.4% of the stomatologists served in the downtown area 5, with a significant difference (P <0.05) as compared with other counties. Higher titles, highly educated dentists are mainly located in the downtown area 5, the proportion of health care for 1.8: 1. Conclusion The oral health services and human resources allocation in Changchun should be strengthened, the oral health care market should be rationally arranged, and the management and training of practicing health care workers should be strengthened.
