目的通过对高海拔与低海拔居民胸部大血管的CT测量,分析高海拔居民和低海拔居民的心血管的差异及价值。方法100例高海拔居民,100例低海拔居民采用CT进行胸部平扫,对2组胸部大血管径线进行了测量和观察。结果高海拔组主动脉弓横径均值为(2.59±0.30)cm,低海拔组为(2.73±0.76)cm,高海拔组右下肺静脉横径均值为(1.00±0.30)cm,低海拔组为(1.19±0.34)cm。左下肺动脉横径均值为(1.30±0.28)cm,低海拔组为(1.2±0.34)cm。结论肺动脉血管横径高海拔居民大于低海拔居民组。低海拔组体循环大动脉血管和肺静脉血管横径大于高海拔人群组。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the cardiovascular differences and the value of high altitude and low altitude residents by CT measurement of the chest blood vessels of residents at high and low altitudes. Methods 100 cases of high altitude residents and 100 cases of residents with low altitude were scanned by CT. The diameter of chest large blood vessels was measured and observed. Results The mean transverse diameter of aortic arch in high altitude group was (2.59 ± 0.30) cm, (2.73 ± 0.76) cm in low altitude group, (1.00 ± 0.30) cm in lower altitude group and ± 0.34) cm. The mean diameter of the left lower pulmonary artery was (1.30 ± 0.28) cm, and the low altitude group was (1.2 ± 0.34) cm. Conclusion Pulmonary artery diameter is higher than that of residents with high altitude. Low altitude group circulatory artery and pulmonary vein diameter greater than the high altitude group.
