独立学院和一般意义高校的市场营销专业在办学模式、学生来源和培养目标等方面都有显著不同。这就要求独立学院市场营销专业的教学工作不能完全照搬其母体院校的办法,有必要在母体院校的教学模式基础上,根据自身特点进行有针对性的改革与创新。作者认为独立学院市场营销专业的发展有必要与企事业单位密切合作,制定明确合理的工作目标,并对专业进行合理细化,进而形成自身特色,成为促进独立学院发展的支柱、特色专业。
The marketing majors of independent colleges and universities in general sense have significant differences in the modes of running schools, students’ sources, and training goals. This requires that the independent school marketing professional teaching can not completely copy the method of its parent institutions, it is necessary to be based on the teaching mode of the parent institution, according to their own characteristics to carry out targeted reforms and innovations. The author believes that the development of independent marketing professional colleges and universities need to work closely with enterprises and institutions, develop clear and reasonable work goals, and make a rational refinement of the specialty, and then form their own characteristics, become the pillars to promote the development of independent colleges, specialties.
