目的分析广东省云安县艾滋病(AIDS)流行趋势,为制定预防控制策略提供依据。方法对云安县2003—2009年报告的HIV感染者和AIDS疫情专报系统资料、个案资料、监测资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2003—2009年云安县共报告HIV感染者和AIDS患者138例,其中2006—2009年报告病例最多,占总病例数的84.1%。感染者男性占79.7%。年龄以20—39岁为主,占75.4%。职业多数为家政、家务、待业和农民,占56.5%。75.4%为初中以下文化。以静脉注射吸毒传播为主,占50.7%;其次为性接触传播,占24.6%。发现方式主要通过就诊者检测、自愿咨询检测(VCT)、强制和劳教戒毒人员检测和羁押人员体检发现,占80.4%。全县8个镇均有病例报告,以富林、六都、镇安3个镇报告病例最多,占68.1%。结论云安县HIV感染和AIDS疫情态势非常严峻,已从高危人群向一般人群传播,应加强政府主导与部门配合工作,加大健康教育、行为干预和监测力度,规范HIV检测筛查,遏制AIDS传播。
Objective To analyze the epidemic trend of AIDS in Yunan County, Guangdong Province, and provide the basis for making prevention and control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the system information, case data and monitoring data of HIV infection and AIDS epidemic reporting in 2003-2009 in Yun’an County. Results A total of 138 HIV-infected and AIDS-infected patients were reported from 2003 to 2009 in Yun’an County. Among them, the most reported cases were from 2006 to 2009, accounting for 84.1% of the total number of cases. Infected men accounted for 79.7%. The age is 20-39 years old, accounting for 75.4%. Occupation majority for domestic, housework, unemployed and farmers, accounting for 56.5%. 75.4% below junior high school culture. Take intravenous drug use as the main transmission, accounting for 50.7%; followed by sexual contact, accounting for 24.6%. The detection methods mainly include the examination of patients, voluntary counseling and testing (VCT), detection of forced and re-education drug abusers and physical examination of detainees, accounting for 80.4%. Eight towns in the county have case reports, with Fulin, Liudu, Zhenan three towns reported the largest number of cases, accounting for 68.1%. Conclusions HIV / AIDS epidemic in Yunan County is very serious and has spread from the high-risk population to the general population. Government-led and departmental cooperation should be strengthened, health education, behavioral intervention and monitoring should be stepped up, HIV testing and screening should be standardized to prevent the spread of AIDS .
