分析了利用电子束流与金属相互作用效应产生的熔池极值效应测量电子束流焦点的方法 ,总结了测量电子束流焦点的要素 ,讨论了利用电子束流焊接效应测量得到的焦点与电子束流的轨迹形状焦点的区别 ,提出了电子束动态焦点的概念 ,并且将束流焦点分类为静态焦点、准动态焦点和动态焦点。基于以上理论分析 ,进一步采用类AB法测量了电子束焊机的准动态焦点 ,讨论并分析了上坡焊和下坡焊方法对所测焦点的影响。
The method of measuring the focal point of electron beam by using the extreme value of molten pool caused by the interaction of electron beam and metal is analyzed. The factors of measuring the focal point of electron beam are summarized. The focal point and electron measured by electron beam welding effect are discussed. The difference of focus of beam trajectory shape, the concept of dynamic focus of electron beam is proposed, and the beam focus is classified as static focus, quasi-dynamic focus and dynamic focus. Based on the above theoretical analysis, the quasi-dynamic focus of the electron beam welding machine was further measured by the class AB method. The influence of the method of uphill and downhill welding on the measured focus was discussed and analyzed.
