基于有限元法,对重载油缸坯料搬运系统进行模态分析,得到了前六阶振型和固有振动频率。对其模态特性进行了分析,找到结构刚度的薄弱点,进而对系统整体结构进行了改进设计。通过改进设计改善了结构模态特性,提高了系统的稳定性和安全性。通过锤击法对改进后的整体模态特性进行了实验验证,并由实验结果的模态参数辨识验证了改进设计的有效性。这种分析改进方法可以推广到其它机械设备的结构改进中,具有较大的工程实用价值。
Based on the finite element method, the modal analysis of heavy duty cylinder blank handling system was obtained, and the first six modes and the natural vibration frequency were obtained. The modal characteristics are analyzed, and the weak points of the structural rigidity are found out, and then the overall structure of the system is improved. By improving the design to improve the structural modal characteristics, improve system stability and safety. The modified whole modal characteristics were experimentally verified by the hammering method, and the validity of the improved design was verified by the modal parameter identification of the experimental results. This method of analysis and improvement can be extended to the structural improvement of other mechanical equipment, with greater practical value of the project.
