从学校到学校,青年教师尚需要完成从学子到师者的角色转换,完成单纯到复杂的心理转换。对于中等职业教育的年轻教师,面对厌学、叛逆、早恋的懵懂少年,茫然失措。本文讨论引入拓展训练,达到挑战极限,超越自我,有效激发人体潜能,使青年教师职业意志、信心和合作精神方面得到加强,在管理思维、心理调节方面得到有效提高,对加快青年老师的岗位适应能力,提高其教育管理能力,促进青年教师成长,具有实际意义。
