目的了解武汉市老年大学学员对中医教育教学的需求状况,调查其对中医类课程设置的满意度,为老年大学推广中医药教育教学提供理论依据。方法采用调查问卷调查武汉市老年大学学员对中医药课程的需求意向及其影响因素。结果45%的学员对老年大学中医药教育教学表示满意,表示不满意的占30.5%,表示一般的占24.5%;对武汉市老年大学中医药教育教学的几个满意度指标访谈显示,老年大学师资力量薄弱问题最为突出。结论应加强老年大学教师队伍建设,在专业设置理念和教学手段以及教学管理上要有创新。
Objective To understand the demand of Chinese elders in Wuhan University for teaching Chinese medicine and to investigate their satisfaction with the setting of Chinese medicine curricula so as to provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of teaching and learning of Chinese medicine in elder universities. Methods Questionnaires were used to investigate the intentions of TCM college students and their influencing factors among senior citizens in Wuhan. Results 45% of the trainees expressed satisfaction with the teaching of Chinese medicine at the senior university, 30.5% of them said they were dissatisfied, and 24.5% of them generally. The interview with several satisfaction indicators of TCM education at the senior university in Wuhan showed that the senior citizens’ The problem of weak teachers is the most prominent. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff in the senior university and to make innovations in the concepts of professional teaching, teaching methods and teaching management.
