我院ＣＣＵ病区与北京市东城区急救站开展院站联合 ,建立“急性心肌梗死安全绿色通道”进行院前早期 (2ｈ内 )静脉溶栓 ,并对药物治疗无效的Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞及窦性停搏的危重病人进行院前床旁临时心脏起搏器植入等有效救治措施。现将与院内尿激酶静脉溶栓对比研究报告如下。1?
