近日参加了“重返课堂,体验学习,反思教学”研讨活动。从教十四年来,第一次以学生的身份听了一节数学课。说实话,一节课下来真是思绪万千,最大的感受是当一名优秀的学生很难,当一名优秀的教师更难。同行的交流大多是体会再次当学生的感受,而我最大的收获却是从做学生的体验中,深刻反思如何更好地做教师。
Recently participated in the “return to the classroom, experiential learning, reflective teaching ” seminar. After teaching for fourteen years, I first heard a math class as a student. To be honest, a lesson down really thoughts, the biggest feeling is that when a good student is difficult, when a good teacher more difficult. Mostly communicate with peers to experience the feelings of students once again, and my greatest achievement is from doing the students experience, a profound reflection on how to do better teachers.
