众所周知,人力资源管理对组织绩效存在一定的影响,企业人力资源管理的最终目标是提高组织绩效。伴随着市场经济的发展和行业竞争的加剧,企业要想在本领域内占有一席之地,就必须考虑优化人力资源途径以实现经济效益最大化。本篇论文将从人力资源管理和组织绩效相关概念着手,探讨前者对后者的影响,以期为企业的发展提供一些借鉴。
As we all know, human resource management has some impact on organizational performance, the ultimate goal of human resources management is to improve organizational performance. With the development of market economy and the intensification of competition in the industry, if enterprises want to occupy a place in the field, they must consider optimizing the human resources approach in order to maximize the economic benefits. This dissertation will start with the related concepts of human resource management and organizational performance and discuss the influence of the former on the latter in order to provide some reference for the development of enterprises.
