利用聚合诱导胶体团聚法制备了二氧化硅微球,并对制备过程的相关影响因素进行了考察,得到了制备的最优化条件。用扫描电镜及比表面积测定仪对制备微球的粒径、比表面积、孔径进行了表征,并测定了表面硅羟基含量。将制备得到的二氧化硅微球进行表面官能化修饰,得到了十八烷基键合硅胶反相色谱填料及氨基键合硅胶填料,将其作为色谱填料装柱对几种物质进行分离,结果表明,分离效果良好。
Silica microspheres were prepared by polymerization-induced colloid agglomeration. The influencing factors of the preparation process were investigated. The optimum conditions for the preparation were obtained. The particle size, specific surface area and pore diameter of the prepared microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and specific surface area analyzer. The content of silanol groups on the surface was measured. The prepared silica microspheres were surface-functionalized to obtain octadecyl-bonded silica gel reversed-phase chromatographic packing and amino-bonded silica packing, which were used as chromatographic packing column to separate several materials. As a result, Show that the separation effect is good.
