故障诊断是化工过程中的一个重要问题,在其领域有多种优秀的方法,其中PCA和SDG在化工过程故障诊断中都有着广泛的应用。详细表述了主元分析和SDG的原理,从PCA和SDG在故障诊断中的应用着手,通过从根本上分析两者的优越性和局限性,从而阐述了PCA和SDG两种方法相结合的必要性。PCA与SDG相结合,在弥补了PCA技术在故障诊断领域一些不足的同时,大大拓宽了SDG故障诊断的应用范围,并且提高了SDG故障诊断的可靠性和稳定性,为SDG赋予了新的生命。
