有关岩石地丛上鍛锤基础的设计问题,国内外研究较少,我国动力机器基础设计规范(GBJ—40—79)未对岩石地基上锻锤基础的允许振幅及振动加速度规定限值,振幅和频率调整系数也未作出规定.本文论述了岩石地基上锻锤基础的设计特点;提出了控制岩石地基上锤基础的设计控制标准及k_A,k_λ的取值;并对岩石地基的动力特征以及鍛锤基础振动对周围环境的影响问题进行了讨论.
There are few domestic and international studies on the design of forging hammer foundations on rocky grounds. China’s basic design specifications for power machinery (GBJ-40-79) do not impose limits on the allowable amplitude and vibration acceleration of the hammer foundation on rock foundations. And the frequency adjustment coefficient is also not specified. This paper discusses the design features of the forging hammer foundation on rock foundation, and proposes the design control standards and the values of k_A and k_λ for the control of the hammer foundation on the rock foundation; and the dynamic characteristics of the rock foundation and The impact of forging hammer vibration on the surrounding environment was discussed.
