美国科学家培育出了含有花青素的紫色番茄,花青素是红葡萄酒里一种具有抗氧化性的色素,可以防治心脏疾病,但是普通水果蔬菜中都不含有这种花青素。
American scientists have cultivated a purple tomato that contains anthocyanins, an antioxidant pigment in red wine that prevents heart disease but does not contain anthocyanins in common fruits and vegetables.
