自2003年开车以来,中国石油吉林石化公司电石厂AES车间中和板式换热器1-HE50101泄漏堵塞频繁,大约每2~3个月就因为板片泄漏或堵塞造成系统停车。通过反复实验:每次停车前改用AES24O2置换AES24O3;生产AES24O3时先改生产AES24O2,正常后在切换AES24O3,这样有效防止中和换热器的堵塞泄漏,不但节约了检修和备件费用,也减少了能耗和物耗的浪费,保证了装置的安全生产。
