随着我国基础教育新课程改革的开展,高中历史教师主体身份建构问题凸显重要。但是由于我国基础教育管理体制改革落后于课程改革、积重难返的学科等级惯习和教师自身提高意识的不足等因素影响,现实中高中历史教师主体身份建构在“我的价值是什么”、“我该怎么做”等方面却出现危机。现阶段,应加快基础教育管理体制改革,建立有效的教师培训制度;加强新课程改革理念的推广,加速向素质教育模式转变;建立健全奖励和惩罚措施,激励高中历史教师成长进步等,以建构清晰、明确、稳定的身份感。
With the reform of the new curriculum of basic education in our country, the issue of the identity of the main body of history teachers in high school has become more and more important.
