Introduction Patients with myocardial infarction usually spend a few days in the coronary care unit. During this period, often with a simple heart rate monitor and alarm monitoring. However, living in a Coronary Care Unit is only a few days away, and the patient is usually not monitored before and after hospitalization. Any arrhythmia that occurs during this much longer, unmonitored period is undetected. A small number of patients can be monitored using a Holter monitor, but only for 24 hours, with useful monitoring only for a fraction of the time. In addition to the CHD’s monitor, the Holter monitor does not alert, so it’s better to call it a logger.
