应用仙叶合剂与雷尼替丁联合治疗胃、十二指肠疾病所致的中、重度上消化道出血３０例，并与单纯西药组（２５例）对照，结果：治疗组总有效率９６．７％，对照组总有效率８０％，两组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
