核心力量训练是一种新兴的体能训练方法,投掷运动项目要充分重视核心力量的训练,有利于运动成绩的提高。本研究从投掷项目的生物力学出发,探讨核心力量训练对投掷项目的作用,旨在促进田径界对该训练方法的实践和应用。
Core strength training is a new method of physical training. Throwing sports programs should pay full attention to the training of core strength, which is beneficial to the improvement of sports performance. Based on the biomechanics of the throwing project, this study explores the role of core strength training in throwing projects and aims to promote the practice and application of this training method by athletics circles.
