随着稠油油藏资源的陆续开发,蒸汽吞吐的热力采油工艺在我国各大油田迅速推广。目前,油田广泛应用产生蒸汽的设备就是注汽锅炉。通过注汽锅炉可以产生高温、高压的湿饱和蒸汽,是稠油开采的一种常用注汽设备。热力注汽锅炉自动控制系统是基于设备安全、可靠运行及减轻操作人员劳动强度而设计的。其运行过程采用PLC(可编程程控制器)与上位机结合的控制方式,燃烧器点火、安全运行过程由点火程序控制器来实现,具有硬件系统可靠性高、稳定性好、故障率低及维修量少等特点。锅炉的操作者可以实时通过系统实现对锅炉运行的监视、管理、控制等一系列的操作。自动控制技术的应用大大提高了注汽站工作效率,节省燃料的用量,。
