目的:研究在抗炎、镇痛、活血化瘀3方面新工艺冷冻干燥法与旧工艺沸腾干燥法制成的2种新伤去瘀颗粒的药效学作用的差异。方法:将新工艺新伤去瘀冻干颗粒高、中、低3个剂量组,与旧工艺组、阳性对照组进行比较,采用蛋清致大鼠足趾肿胀法及二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法评价抗炎作用;采用热板法和醋酸扭体法观察镇痛作用;采用激光多普勒血流仪测定小鼠耳廓微循环血流量以评估其活血化瘀能力。结果:新伤去瘀冻干颗粒能显著抑制大鼠足趾和小鼠耳廓肿胀等急性炎症;能提高小鼠热板法的痛阈值和拮抗醋酸致小鼠扭体次数的增加;能明显增加小鼠耳廓微循环的血流量。结论:新伤去瘀冻干颗粒具有良好的抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the difference of the pharmacodynamic effects of two kinds of Xiyu Yuyu Granules which are made by freeze-drying method of new process and boiling-drying method of old process in anti-inflammatory, analgesic, blood-activating and blood-stasis treatment. Methods: The new technique was used to compare the three groups of high, middle and low volume of freeze-dried granulation granules with old technique group and positive control group. Egg white was used to induce rat toe swelling and xylene-induced mouse auricle The swelling method was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect. The analgesic effect was observed by the hot plate method and the acetic acid writhing method. The microcirculation blood flow in the auricle of mice was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry to assess the blood circulation and blood stasis ability. Results: Xinkuyuxu freeze-dried granule can significantly inhibit the acute inflammation of the rat’s toe and mouse ear auricle swelling, increase the pain threshold of the hot plate method in mice and antagonize the increase of writhing times caused by acetic acid in mice, Increase mouse auricles microcirculation of blood flow. Conclusion: The new drug for removing blood stasis and lyophilization has good anti-inflammatory, analgesic and blood-activating and blood-stasis effect.
