为了改变以往班主任工作无基本的专业条件和标准,专业发展缺乏保障的状况,班主任准入制建立了五项制度:资格准入制度,职级晋升制度,培训引领制度,考评激励制度,有序退出制度。从任职年限、专业精神、专业知识、专业能力四个维度,见习、初级、中级、高级、特级五个层级,研制出班主任准入的资质标准和职级标准。班主任准入制的实施,促进了教师教育理念创新、班主任方法和内容创新、班主任发展机制创新,唤醒了班主任的专业发展热情。
In order to change the previous class teacher work without basic professional conditions and standards, the professional development of the lack of protection of the status quo, class admissions system established five systems: access to qualifications, rank promotion system, training and leadership system, evaluation incentive system, an orderly exit system. From the service life, professionalism, professional knowledge, professional ability of the four dimensions, trainee, junior, intermediate, senior, super five levels, developed a qualified teacher qualifications and rank standards. The implementation of class admissions system has promoted the innovation of teacher education concept, the method and content innovation of teacher in charge, and the innovation of the development mechanism of class teacher, arousing the enthusiasm of the class teacher in professional development.
