铁路企业是我国最主要的交通运输产业之一,其物业管理模式的好坏不仅关系到企业员工和企业本身的发展前景,同时还影响着人们的出行安全。随着住房制度改革的深化和铁路运行制度的改革,铁路企业发展的趋势必然是推进铁路企业物业管理的改革,只有完善铁路企业物业管理,才能促进铁路企业的快速发展,从而满足社会发展的需求。但是,当前我国铁路企业物业管理面临着较多的困难,主要表现为建设和配套欠账多、企业基础设施老化、职工物业管理理念淡薄以及管理知识不足等,不仅加大了企业物业管理改革的难度,同时也制约了企业的发展。本文主要分析了铁路企业物业管理的现状与改进对策。
Railway enterprises are one of the most important transportation industries in our country. The property management mode is not only related to the development prospect of employees and enterprises themselves, but also affects people’s travel safety. With the deepening reform of housing system and the reform of railway operation system, the trend of development of railway enterprises must be to promote the reform of property management of railway enterprises. Only by improving the property management of railway enterprises can the rapid development of railway enterprises be promoted so as to meet the demand of social development . However, at present, the property management of China’s railway enterprises is facing more difficulties, which are mainly manifested in the following problems: the construction and ancillary loans are overdue, the aging of enterprise infrastructures, the weak management concept of workers and staff, and the lack of management knowledge not only increase the reform of property management in enterprises Difficulty, but also restricted the development of enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the status quo and improvement measures of property management in railway enterprises.
