纵观当前国内高职院校教育特点,“职业性”越来越突出,这也正是高职教育实现高素质技术技能型人才培养目标的关键所在。但通过调查反馈发现,当我们把培养的最直观成果——毕业生送出校门后,他们的确能够很快胜任各自的工作岗位,但是职业发展的潜力、竞争力和持续力却比较薄弱,职业生涯的提升发展比较缓慢甚至停滞不前。因此,我们需要反思高职教育当前的教学模式,在互联网+时代,培养学生终身学习的意识,提高学生学习能力才是教学的本质。基于此,本文以高职酒店管理专业为例,对构建“教是为了不教”思想引领下培养学生自主学习能力的“三位一体”教学模式,即构建课中理实一体实景化的自主学习、课外借助网络平台的自主学习、职场三级顶岗实习的自主学习三位一体教学模式展开研究。
