课题研究是学校提高教学质量、加强教师队伍专业化建设的有效途径,课题研究是科研兴校的“敲门砖”。那么,边疆学校要如何进行课题研究呢?一、转变研究观念一说到课题研究,教师心里就会有点排斥,觉得这是上级教研部门应该完成的工作。其实课题研究的主力军就是每一位一线教师,因为我们才是教材的最终执行者,我们才是教学中不可缺少的重要因素,我们才最有说话的权利。我觉得学校的课题研究工作更多的应该是应用研究,而不是理论研究,我们的研究不可能形成更高层次的理论成果,我们只是在研究中学习、应用理论知识,达到调整教学策略、提高教学质量的目的。因此,教师要转变观念,才能真正的做研究的主人。
