通过长期在重油催化裂化装置的工作经验,分析其催化剂跑损主要由电网故障、仪表故障、设备故障、操作失误等原因引起反应-再生系统波动导致催化剂的非自然跑损和装置在平稳运行工况下因催化剂摩擦和热崩破碎而产生的细粉造成的自然跑损。经过技术人员不断的分析、总结,制定出相应的措施,从而减少因催化剂跑损带来的经济损失。本文就重油催化装置在运行中遇到的各种故障进行事例分析,浅谈相应的对策。
