目的探讨老年心力衰竭患者并发医院感染的危险因素,为合理防治提供依据。方法回顾性调查老年心力衰竭患者,对51例并发医院感染病例(观察组)与216例未并发医院感染病例(对照组)进行Logistic回归分析。结果多因素Logistic逐步回归分析显示:心功能、住院天数、抗生素使用、合并糖尿病和/或慢性肺疾患对并发医院感染的影响有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论加强老年心力衰竭患者医院感染的监控,针对危险因素早期预防和治疗。
Objective To explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection in elderly patients with heart failure and provide evidence for reasonable prevention and treatment. Methods Retrospective investigation of elderly patients with heart failure, Logistic regression analysis of 51 cases of concurrent nosocomial infections (observation group) and 216 cases of non-concurrent nosocomial infections (control group). Results The multivariate Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that the effect of cardiac function, length of hospital stay, antibiotic use, combined diabetes mellitus and / or chronic lung disease on concurrent nosocomial infections was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The monitoring of nosocomial infections in elderly patients with heart failure should be strengthened and early prevention and treatment of risk factors should be taken.
