用两只光纤光栅 (FBG)作波长选择器件 ,实现了一种能同时输出两个不同重复频率的光脉冲序列的双波长主动锁模环形腔光纤激光器。通过调整外加调制信号的频率 ,使其中一个波长工作在谐波锁模状态 ,另一个波长工作在有理数谐波锁模状态。实验在 2GHz和 2 .5GHz的调制频率下都成功地获得了双波长且重复频率不同的光脉冲序列 ,脉冲宽度分别约为 6 0 ps和 4 5 ps。
By using two FBG as the wavelength selection device, a dual wavelength active mode - locked ring cavity fiber laser capable of simultaneously outputting two optical pulse sequences with different repetition frequency is realized. By adjusting the frequency of the external modulation signal, one of the two wavelengths is operated in the mode of harmonic mode-locking while the other mode of operation is in the state of rational-mode harmonic mode-locking. Experiments have successfully obtained optical pulse sequences with two wavelengths and different repetition frequencies at the modulation frequencies of 2GHz and 2.5GHz with pulse widths of about 60 ps and 45 ps, respectively.
