本文用Hela细胞研究了铁化合物对6价铬化合物抑制细胞增殖效果及细胞摄取铬方面的影响。实验中细胞增殖率是将细胞与所试金属化合物经共同培养后,根据锥虫兰排除试验(Trypan blue exlusion test),用血球计数器算出活细胞数,求得对对照纽增殖的百分率。细胞内铬含量系用浓硝酸,将经培养的细胞最后加热分解后,用原子吸收分光光度计测定铬含量,以10~6个细胞所含铬量来表示。
Hela cells were used to study the effect of iron compounds on the inhibition of cell proliferation and chromium uptake by hexavalent chromium compounds. In the experiment, the cell proliferation rate was obtained by co-culturing the cells with the metal compound to be tested. According to the Trypan blue exlusion test, the number of living cells was calculated using a hemacytometer to determine the percentage of proliferation to the control. Intracellular chromium content with concentrated nitric acid, the cultured cells were finally heated decomposition, atomic absorption spectrophotometer determination of chromium content to 10 to 6 cells contained in the amount of chromium.
